Why OkiKagu Has The Same Heart Paint On Their Face

I screamed when I see Sougo and Kagura both get the pink heart paint on their faces in Gintama's newest merchandise set..

I mean, Gin and Hijikata both get stars but in a different colors and on different cheeks.. BUT THIS, I CAN'T HELP BUT FANGIRLING
